Overview
Plaque concerns a key point in the development of the Tehachapic system. And also underscores that the Tehachapi were able to lay down roads in multiple dimensions, though they tended to focus on those where the acoustics were more satisfying.
Access
An alley just west of 7th st, between Wabash and Ohio (and parallel to both), on the Wabash—or North—side.
Easily reached by walking into the Alley. It is next to the band entrance for the Verve and the Book Nation bookstore.
Public Dedication
8:30 PM at the Halcyon Gallery 25 South 7th Street Terre Haute, Indiana 47807 Then we walked to the alley. The Dedication was a wonderful affair. Well attended, with enthusiastic singers.

Crossroads of Kymaerica
One unusual aspect of the Tehachapi’s road building efforts was that although at least 15 roads spanned the Kymaerican rezhn from the directions we now call East and West and at least a dozen crossed from essentially North to South, due to fluctuations in temporal conditions at gwome (Cognate for “footprint of the nation”) borders, none actually physically intersected until the crossroads we honor here. Though this alley is no longer the thoroughfare it was, the North-South road to your right is still in use, even if the original Tehachapic asphalt is long gone. In fact, nVigo, this gwome’s ancient name, persists somewhat to this day—it is a Cognate term meaning “time comes to Earth”.
